Reviews and Ratings
The hotel definitely has its ups and downs. The room was quite disappointing, as I ended up with flea bites after my stay. The lack of a wardrobe was inconvenient, and the bed felt smaller than expected. On the bright side, the location was peaceful and right on the seafront, away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Blackpool. The dining experience was excellent, with a good variety of options and friendly staff.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The room had a lovely sea view, though it was a bit on the small side initially. After a room change, the new accommodation was much better, still with some minor faults.
The hotel was perfectly clean and tidy with furniture in reasonable condition. We had a walk-in shower as requested, which was basic but very clean and acceptable for our needs. The room was above the stage/bar door, and though it was cold on arriving, it warmed up quickly. The location was good for being on the seafront, suited us perfectly away from the crowds, and was within walking distance of attractions. The dining experience was okay with a fairly varied selection and accommodating vegetarian diets. The entertainment at night was enjoyable without disrupting those seeking an early night.
